Get ready to build your confidence when interacting with all types of customers. This eLearning will grow your knowledge of the business and organizational conversations. You’ll improve your understanding of the buying process, the different buying roles as well as the types of challenges they each face. Our customers are looking for a seller that knows them and their business; this is the class to build those skills!

What Customers Care About 

We know what drives decisions: values. These values are what customers care about and relating to them at every step in the sales process is critical for success. Overcome objections and close more deals by selling to the values (which can be different for every decision-maker.) You’ll learn how to ask, learn, and uncover their values.

ROCKING THE MEETING

Weeks 4 – 6

In part 2 of boot camp, you’ll master the 4-step process to overcome some of the top objections you’ve heard before, plus you’ll learn how to inject value in every proposal you make. These courses will arm you with the essential skills to rock your upcoming executive sales meeting!

Taking what we’ve learned on the call and attaching it to the close with 5 key steps helps make it easy for the customer to say yes. Learn to make your solutions sizzle and make your point with stories while describing features, functions, and benefits that will help you close more deals!

How can we turn objections into road maps instead of roadblocks? We’ve got a four-step process to handling, understanding, and using objections to actually help us sell. If we learn how to treat objections like questions for more information, it’ll help us highlight the real value for the customer.
