When you participate in this sales manager training program, you’ll gain access to some of our top call coaching training courses in our award-winning online training platform, The Sales Bar, and you’ll meet virtually for a half-day workshop hosted by a Factor 8 Sales Advisor where you’ll discuss skill application and practice different coaching scenarios with other workshop participants.

How does it work?

Participants will gain access to The Sales Bar two weeks prior to their live training session and will also be invited to join a kick-off call. During the kick-off call, participants will meet their Sales Advisor, learn what to expect in the workshop, and receive a walk-through on how to use The Sales Bar. They will complete their three call coaching courses within the two weeks prior to the live training session. In the live group training workshop, participants will join an experienced sales leader and managers from other companies/industries bringing their viewpoints and best practices to discuss skill application and practice different coaching scenarios. After the workshop, you’ll have two additional weeks of access to The Sales Bar. Any participant who successfully completes the program will receive our Call Coaching Certificate. 

What’s the cost?

The cost of our Call Coaching Accelerated Workshop is $799/per participant. Managers are encouraged to invite their sales leader to join for free.

Take call coaching to the next level with Call Coaching 201. By the end of this course, you’ll have an understanding of how to create a prioritized list of who to coach and why it matters. You’ll learn how to successfully build your coaching schedule based on rep performance.

The COACHN Model

Who is this Workshop for?

Our Accelerated Call Coaching Workshop is for Virtual Sales Managers, Sales Leaders, Sr. Sales Managers, Sales Directors, Team Leaders, Sales Supervisors, Call Center Managers, Customer Service Managers, BDR Managers, SDR Managers, Digital Sales Managers, Senior Sales Managers, Team Leads, Sales Coaches, Sales Trainers, Sales Enablement Managers

What’s the time commitment?

Each of the courses takes about 1 hour to complete. There is 1 live training half-day session which runs about 4-4.5 hours. There is also a 30-minute kick-off call 2 weeks prior to the live session.

Important: Participants are expected to complete the 3 courses before the live training session and will have 2 weeks early access to The Sales Bar to do so. 

Can I register multiple employees?

Yes, but to ensure that we are able to provide the best training during our live sessions, we are limiting the number of participants. You are able to register up to 5 managers below.
