Our Closing Masterclass for sales reps blends self-paced, e-learning along with bi-weekly live training sessions. You’ll gain access to some of our top virtual sales closing training courses focused on closing deals in our online e-learning platform, The Sales Bar. You’ll also meet bi-weekly with a Factor 8 sales advisor and other masterclass participants for customized training.

- Networking opportunity to meet other masterclass participants

- Free access for Sales Leaders to your rep’s online training and live sessions
- Closing Masterclass Certificate will be provided to everyone who successfully completes the training program (80% pass mark for online courses)
HOW DOES IT WORK?
During the 6-week masterclass, you’ll complete 4 courses in a self-paced, interactive online environment. Plus, you’ll join 3 live group training sessions with an experienced sales leader and other masterclass participants. Your e-learning and live sessions will conclude after 4 weeks, but you will have an additional 2 weeks of access to your training materials in The Sales Bar.
WHAT’S THE TIME COMMITMENT?
Each of the 4 online courses takes about 1 hour to complete. The kick-off call and two live sessions are all 1 hour long. The online closing training can be completed after hours and our live training sessions are recorded for anyone who cannot attend during the day.
CAN I REGISTER MULTIPLE EMPLOYEES?

All sessions are recorded in case you are unable to attend them live.

TRANSITIONING TO CLOSE
Once you get out of the habit of premature pitching and into the role of asking questions and engaging prospects, you may still find yourself struggling to steer the conversation back to the sales process. In Transitioning to Close, we cover buying signals and transition statements that will help you bring the conversation to a close – an essential skill that’s especially important for BDRs/SDRs who are transitioning to an AE appointment or demo.
CLOSING CONFIDENTLY
Only 10% of customers will close themselves and most reps lack the confidence to ask for the sale. In fact, research shows that closing on the first call is just as important as the last. In Closing Confidently, we will break down the “whys”, cover types of closes that work, and help you find your go-to closing statements or questions that build “muscle memory” and confidence closing.
OVERCOMING OBJECTIONS
Our course, Overcoming Objections, will help you learn how to welcome objections as a roadmap to the close. We’ll teach a four-step process to use with any objection to reduce defensiveness, dig into the questions behind the objection, answer it and close. Count on Factor 8 to help with responses to your most common sales objections to help boost your confidence!
GAINING REFERRALS
Have history in your accounts? Maybe even relationships? In Gaining Referrals, we’ll teach you how to leverage past success straight into your next win—an order, a partnership, or a referral. The fact is, referral business closes faster, stays longer, and spends more. This course will give you the framework and the confidence to get more!
