Our Deal Progression Masterclass blends self-paced, e-learning along with bi-weekly live training sessions. You’ll gain access to some of our top virtual sales training courses focused on the sales progression process in our online e-learning platform, The Sales Bar. You’ll also meet bi-weekly with a Factor 8 sales advisor and other masterclass participants for customized training.

  • Access to 4 interactive online training courses focused on progressing deals
  • Bi-weekly training workshops hosted by a Factor 8 Advisor to discuss skill application with your sales peers
  • Networking opportunity to meet other masterclass participants 
  • Tactical tips, templates, tools, cheat sheets, and implementation guides, that you can use and apply right away
  • Free access for Sales Leaders to your rep’s online training and live sessions
  • Deal Progression Masterclass Certificate will be provided to everyone who successfully completes the training program (80% pass mark for online courses)

How does it work?

During the 6-week masterclass, you’ll complete 4 courses in a self-paced, interactive online environment. Plus, you’ll join 3 live group training sessions with an experienced sales leader and other masterclass participants. Your e-learning and live sessions will conclude after 4 weeks, but you will have an additional 2 weeks of access to your training materials in The Sales Bar.

What’s the time commitment?

Each of the 4 online courses takes about 1 hour to complete. The kick-off call and two live sessions are all 1 hour long. The online training can be completed after hours and our live training sessions are recorded for anyone who cannot attend during the day.

Can I register multiple employees?

At some point, it’s our turn to talk. In Proposing with Value, we’ll teach you how to summarize discovery and propose a solution packed with customer value. We work on educating the customer on features, functions, and benefits that the customer cares most about and then transitioning to the close.  Lots of practice and coaching builds confidence.

Getting Deals Moving

Getting Deals Moving will prove that every single sales call can and should be closed – for a customer commitment! When we get customers saying ‘yes’ to next steps, action items, even just the next meeting, it speeds the sales cycle and increases customer mindshare. This course will get you in the habit of asking for the close – whatever level it is!

Demos That Don't Suck

A product demo is a chance for you to get prospects excited about your product and the quality of your demo you give can make or break your sale. We’ve all sat through demos that are snoozefests. In Demos That Don’t Suck, you’ll learn how to avoid giving a boring demo and how to keep prospects wanting to know more. By the end, you’ll have a clear plan to deliver a demo that doesn’t suck!

Selling with Stories

Using a story to prove a point can be up to 20x (yes, you read that right) more effective than just delivering facts. By crafting an engaging story about your experience, company, and solutions, you’ll have your prospects and customers leaning in and wanting to know more. In Selling with Stories, you’ll learn the components of a great story, plus actionable tips you can apply on your sales calls. We’ll go beyond building rapport to creating customer engagement on every call!
