20-30 hours/week | Contract position | Remote (US-based)

Factor 8, #GirlsClub, and Legacy are looking for a detail-oriented, execution-focused Growth Coordinator to support our sales and marketing efforts across multiple brands.

This role is a mix of outbound campaign execution, social media support, and marketing operations. You’ll work closely with our Director of Marketing to help launch and run outbound campaigns, manage LinkedIn activity, keep content organized and scheduled, and support the systems that help drive pipeline and revenue.

This is not a strategy role and not a cold-calling role. It is a hands-on, high-trust execution role for someone who can think on their feet, communicate clearly, and move work forward without constant oversight.

What you’ll do

1. Outbound Campaign Support (55–65% of time)

You’ll support ongoing outbound campaigns by helping with list building, messaging execution, and coordination across sales and marketing.

Responsibilities include:

  • Building and managing outbound lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and HubSpot
  • Supporting monthly outbound campaigns (ex: webinar outreach, high-intent follow-ups, light demand gen)
  • Sending LinkedIn connection requests and messages as company leaders (copy provided or lightly adapted)
  • Supporting email outreach campaigns (execution, not strategy)
  • Double-checking contacts in HubSpot to avoid duplicates or awkward overlaps
  • Tracking progress and keeping outreach organized
  • Coordinating with sales on timing, handoffs, and follow-up support

You don’t need to invent messaging from scratch, but you do need to understand tone, context, and when something sounds off.

2. Social Media Support (20–25% of time)

You’ll support social media across Factor 8, #GirlsClub, and Legacy, primarily on LinkedIn.

Responsibilities include:

  • Scheduling and posting LinkedIn content using content provided by the Director of Marketing (Factor 8 and #GirlsClub) and Legacy (marketing agency)
  • Organizing posts in Asana or a shared content calendar
  • Managing posting cadence and timing
  • Light copy formatting or edits when needed (not heavy writing)
  • Posting Legacy content created by our marketing agency
  • Supporting a simple Legacy cadence (weekly content, reposts, member highlights)
  • Monitoring comments and flagging replies that need attention

3. Marketing Operations & Admin Support (10–15% of time)

This part of the role flexes week to week.

Responsibilities include:

  • Keeping projects and tasks organized in Asana
  • Supporting HubSpot hygiene (basic cleanup, tagging, organization)
  • Helping prep webinar assets (posting links, reminders, light coordination)
  • Editing short videos in Clipchamp (training provided if needed)
  • Supporting one-off admin tasks tied to campaigns or launches

Who you are

  • Located in the US and available during US business hours
  • Comfortable writing and messaging as someone else (leaders, founders)
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Able to work independently without needing constant review
  • Thoughtful, careful, and accurate (we value quality over speed)
  • Familiar with LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and basic marketing tools
  • Comfortable managing multiple brands and priorities
  • Proactive, but not chaotic

Nice to have (not required)

  • Experience supporting outbound or demand gen campaigns
  • HubSpot familiarity
  • Asana or project management experience
  • Basic video editing experience
