Our Masterclasses are self-paced virtual sales training programs for sales reps. Masterclass blends self-paced, e-learning along with bi-weekly “Happy Hours” – live coaching and networking sessions hosted by a Factor 8 sales expert where all Masterclass participants can drop by, ask questions, and discuss their training with one another.

Our Sales Development Masterclasses focus specifically on teaching the prospecting skills needed to close more deals – from pre-call planning to perfecting your pitch to prospecting with value, and more!

What's included in a Masterclass?

You’ll gain 2 months of access to 3-4 e-learning training courses dedicated to the track you select in The Sales Bar. In each course, you’ll access templates, tools, call recordings, cheat sheets, and more. You’re also invited to join bi-weekly live coaching and networking sessions called “Happy Hours” where a sales expert and other Sales Bar patrons meet for customized training.

When do masterclasses begin?

You can join a Masterclass at any time – day or night. Once you sign-up, you’ll receive instant access to your online training. You’ll receive training in The Sales Bar for 2 months from the time you sign up. You’ll also have the ability to join bi-weekly live coaching and networking sessions called “Happy Hours,” which are scheduled every other Thursday at 12pm ET in The Sales Bar.

What's the time commitment?

Each of the training courses takes about 1 hour to complete. There are bi-weekly live coaching and networking sessions called “Happy Hours” that are 1 hour each. The online training can be completed after hours, on your own time. Masterclass is self-paced e-learning, but the most important part is how you reinforce and apply the skills you learn to your day-to-day job!

Can managers join their reps in a masterclass?

Yes! Managers are invited to join the fun and can purchase a coaching license for $399. Our coaching license includes manager coaching toolkits that will aid you in coaching and reinforcing all the courses your rep will be taking, access to the content the reps go through, and invitations to join bi-weekly live coaching and networking sessions called “Happy Hours.”
