  • Two 1-hour Happy Hours hosted by a Factor 8 sales expert to discuss skill application with your sales peers
  • Tactical tips, templates, tools, cheat sheets, coaching guides, and implementation guides, that you can use and apply right away
  • Virtual Selling Masterclass Certification will be provided to everyone who successfully completes the training program

How does it work?

During the 4-week program, you’ll complete 4 courses: SWIIFT Introductions That Work, Call Goals, Qualify & Categorize, and Closing for Commitment. You’ll work in a self-paced, interactive online environment and participate in virtual live group training (“Happy Hour”) with a Factor 8 sales expert and your sales peers who are also participating in the program. After completing the 4 courses and attending the 2 Happy Hours, you will receive our Virtual Selling Masterclass Certificate. Learn, interact, and excel!

What are Happy Hours?

Our “Happy Hours” are live training sessions with a Factor 8 sales expert and your sales peers where you’ll discuss the skills learned. You will be able to register for each Happy Hour after you’ve signed up for The Sales Bar.

SWIIFT Introductions That Work

Critical for cold or warm callers, don’t blow it when you finally connect with a prospect! We’ll teach you how to grab attention and get the prospect talking FAST. Using customer value, levers, and the right type of questions, we’ll double your selling time by keeping contacts on the phone.

Call Goals

Calling customers just to ‘touch base’ (or other offenses)? Need help mapping out a call-by-call sales process to help land and/or expand accounts? We’ll listen to actual calls from the POV of the customer and outcome, and then work together to set new chronological outcomes, talk tracks, and closes for each touch. The outcome is a customized “TouchplanSM” that serves as the foundation of your sales process and an invaluable tool for sellers (seriously, they laminate it). 

Qualify & Categorize

The most strategic sellers “sales-qualify” their accounts (not a lead score, a sales potential score!). Stop letting yourself leave 20 touches for customers who aren’t worth one. Similar to our course on Capturing Contacts, we teach you to work the phones to find out if this account is an “A” or a “D”  and how to attack each. This class is about “win fast, lose fast” and you’ll emerge more efficient, more strategic, and fired up about your plan of attack for top accounts. A total game-changer. 

Closing for Commitment

This course will prove that every single sales call can and should be closed – for a customer commitment!  When we get customers saying ‘yes’ to next steps, action items, even just the next meeting, it speeds the sales cycle and increases customer mindshare.
