How to Maximize Your Coaching Sessions

Weeks 3-4

Ready for a process you can use in every critical meeting? With The COACHN Model, you’ll be saving time and brainpower instead of making up a plan from scratch each time. Reps will come to meetings prepared, knowing what to expect. You’ll be saving prep time right away after taking this course.

What’s it going to do for you? 
You’ll increase the quality of your call coaching sessions by 73%!

How to Own Your Role

Weeks 5-6

Categorize the proactive tasks on your to-do list and separate the trash from the urgent after our course, Own Your Day. You’ll finish with an Eisenhower matrix of categories for you to determine how to best spend your time; talk about increased efficiency!
