#GirlsClub: A Leadership Program for Women in Sales

Empowering more women to
earn roles in leadership.

What is #GirlsClub?

#GirlsClub is an inclusive 6-month leadership program for women in sales who are either an aspiring sales manager ready to advance their career or an existing sales manager who needs more skill development, mentoring, or support. The curriculum is focused on sales management skills and confidence-building activities such as:

  • Sales Call Coaching
  • The Art of Self Promotion
  • The Daily Management Cadence
  • Crucial Conversations
  • Leading With Strengths
  • Time Management for Sales Managers
  • Navigating an Unintentional Boys Club
  • Performance 1:1 Meetings

Factor 8 proudly provides practical sales management skills training for our #GirlsClub participants in our award-winning online sales training platform, The Sales Bar.

What’s included?

  • Access to Factor 8’s top Sales Management eLearning courses in The Sales Bar
  • Inspiring live webinars with thought leaders
  • Intimate Q&A sessions with role models
  • Vulnerable “Rise Up On Record” confessionals from powerhouse women
  • Insightful content specially curated for women on the way up
  • Step-by-step career guidance from peers and mentors in “Path to Promotion”
  • A dedicated sales leader mentor (female, male, or both!)
  • Private LinkedIn Group and Slack Channel
  • A book club
  • Live sessions twice monthly
  • Special sponsor opportunities like discounts, freebies, trials, and connections

How does it work?

Each month, Protégés (participants enrolled in the #GirlsClub training program) will tackle new topics via eLearning, live interactive training sessions, and on-the-job assignments + activities with Advocates.

Protégés will spend about 2-3 hours/month in #GirlsClub. Our past Protégé of the Year Award recipient spent approximately 6 hours/month (total) taking advantage of all of the additional bonus content (which is totally optional).

What’s the cost?

The cost of tuition for a Protégé in #GirlsClub is $2000 if paid by 12/31 ($2500 after 12/31). Mentors and Advocates receive the full benefits of the program for FREE! Applications for the new generation open in October.
