What’s included in each certification?
Each certification includes 12 courses for reps or 15 courses for managers. Every course is a learning path with interactive training, a quiz to test knowledge, tools you can use on the job, and additional resources to reinforce skills.
How long do I have to complete my certification?
You have 12 months of access from your purchase date to complete all courses in your certification.
How much does a certification cost?
Each certification is a one-time payment of $799 USD per learner for 12 months of access.

Is there a certification for sales?
Yes. Factor 8 offers four online certifications: Prospecting Mastery, Consultative Selling, Strategic Closing, and Sales Management.
Do I get a certificate when I finish?
Yes. When you complete all courses in your certification with an average score of 80 percent or higher, our team will email your professional sales certificate.
Can I purchase certifications for my team?
Yes. For multi-seat purchases, email salesbar@factor8.com and we will send an invoice. After payment, we will collect participant names and emails and provide individual logins.
I purchased multiple seats — how do I get my entire team in The Sales Bar?
Please email salesbar@factor8.com with the names and emails for each participant. We will set up individual access for your team.
How long does each course take to complete?
The core eLearning typically takes about 20 minutes. Each course also includes a quiz, tools, and practice resources you can use on the job.
Are the courses within the certifications self-paced?
Yes. All courses are self-paced and on demand. You can start, stop, or revisit anytime within your 12-month access window.
How do I access my certification after purchase?
After checkout, you will receive an email with your Sales Bar login and instructions. Your certification courses will be ready when you sign in.
