Our Sales Management Boot Camps blend self-paced e-learning with live training sessions to reinforce the management skills learned. You’ll gain access to some of our top sales manager training courses in our award-winning online training platform, The Sales Bar, and you’ll meet bi-weekly with a Factor 8 Sales Advisor and your sales peers to discuss skill application and to practice different management scenarios.

Our Sales Management Boot Camps are most beneficial for new sales managers who haven’t received formal training, seasoned sales managers who could benefit from a skill refresh, and current reps/aspiring sales managers who are working towards a promotion.

BOOT CAMP DETAILS:

What's included in a Boot Camp?

You’ll gain 6 weeks of access to 3-5 e-learning training courses in The Sales Bar dedicated to the boot camp you selected. In each course, you’ll access templates, tools, coaching guides, cheat sheets, and more. You’ll also join bi-weekly live training and networking sessions where a Factor 8 Sales Advisor and other Sales Bar patrons meet for customized group training. You’ll also receive a Sales Management Certificate upon completion of the program.

When do Boot Camps begin and end?

We currently offer 4 boot camps each year.

What's the time commitment?

Each Boot Camp lasts 6 weeks. All of the training courses take about 1 hour each to complete. There are 3 live training sessions which are 1.5 hours each.

The online training can be completed after hours and our live training sessions are recorded for anyone who cannot attend during the day. 

Can leaders join their managers in boot camp?

Yes! Leaders are invited to join the fun for FREE! Upon registration for a Boot Camp, participants will be asked to provide their leader’s name/email so we can set them up in The Sales Bar and invite them to our live training calls. Leaders will receive access to our director toolkits in The Sales Bar that will aid you in reinforcing all the courses your manager will be taking, and access to the content the managers go through.
