Our Sales Management 101 Boot Camp blends self-paced e-learning with live training sessions to reinforce the management skills learned. When you participate in these sales leadership training programs, you’ll gain access to some of our top sales manager training courses in our award-winning online training platform, The Sales Bar, and you’ll meet bi-weekly with a Factor 8 Sales Advisor and your sales peers to discuss skill application and to practice different management scenarios.

  • Networking opportunity to meet other boot camp participants
  • Tactical tips, templates, tools, cheat sheets, coaching guides, and implementation guides, that you can use and apply right away
  • Free Sales Bar access for Sales Directors, plus tools to help coach managers on new skills learned in boot camp
  • Sales Management 101 Certificate will be provided to everyone who successfully completes the training program (80% pass mark for online courses)

During the six-week boot camp, you’ll complete three courses in a self-paced interactive online environment + live group training with an experienced sales leader + managers from other companies/industries bringing their viewpoints and best practices. Learn, interact, network, excel.

The cost of our Sales Management 101 Boot Camp is $799/per participant. Managers are encouraged to invite their sales leader to join for free.

The skills that make us great managers are vastly different than what made us great sales reps. Our course, Your Role as a Sales Leader, will have you understanding the difference and applying it to everyday performance.

What’s it going to do for you?
You’ll be 10x more effective and gain stronger management skills.

OWN YOUR DAY

Categorize the proactive tasks on your to-do list and separate the trash from the urgent after our course, Own Your Day. You’ll finish with an Eisenhower matrix of categories for you to determine how to best spend your time; talk about increased efficiency!

You’ll get 25% of your day back and improve your productivity.

ESSENTIAL MANAGER MEETINGS

What meetings should managers hold and what should the goal of each meeting be? Our course, Essential Manager Meetings, is a must for all new managers to find their rhythm and maximize their time. This course will have managers revamping their calendars and running fewer meetings more efficiently.

You’ll improve the quality of your meetings and run them 10x more effectively.

Who is this Boot Camp for?

Our Sales Management 101 Boot Camp is recommended for experienced managers new to virtual environments and sales managers with less than 3 years of experience, as well as current reps who aspire to lead, like business development reps, sales development reps, inside sales reps, digital sellers, account managers, and account executives – any sales reps who are training for a promotion in the next two years.

What’s the time commitment?

Each of the 3 courses takes about 1 hour to complete. The kick-off call and two live sessions are all 1 hour long.

The online training can be completed after hours and our live training sessions are recorded for anyone who cannot attend during the day.

Can I register multiple employees?

Yes, but to ensure that we are able to provide the best training during our live sessions, we are limiting the number of participants. You are able to register up to 5 managers below.
