Award-Winning Sales Rep Training
Our SWIIFT Selling Accelerated Workshop blends e-learning along with a half-day live training session to reinforce the selling skills learned. When you participate in this sales rep training program, you’ll gain access to some of our top inside sales training courses in our award-winning online training platform, The Sales Bar, and you’ll meet virtually for a half-day workshop hosted by a Factor 8 Sales Advisor where you’ll discuss skill application and practice different selling scenarios with other workshop participants.
What is SWIIFT?
SWIIFT is our skill-based methodology. It stands for “So What’s In It For Them.” It teaches sellers to always first ask, “So, what’s in this call for them?” to help re-focus their messaging into one that leads with value for the customer. SWIIFT is a framework that you’ll use in your prospecting calls, product demos, discovery calls and sales meetings, account management and upselling opportunities, closing, and more.
What’s included in this workshop?
- Access to 4 interactive online sales training courses
- One live, half-day virtual workshop hosted by a Factor 8 Advisor to discuss skill application with your sales peers
- Opportunity to meet and network with other workshop participants
- Tactical tips, templates, tools, cheat sheets, and implementation guides, that you can use and apply right away
- Free access for Sales Leaders to your rep’s online training and the live workshop
- SWIIFT Selling Certificate will be provided to everyone who successfully completes the training program (80% pass mark for online courses)
How does it work?
Participants will gain access to The Sales Bar two weeks prior to their live training session and will also be invited to join a kick-off call. During the kick-off call, participants will meet their Sales Advisor, learn what to expect in the workshop, and receive a walk-through on how to use The Sales Bar. They will complete their four online sales training courses within the two weeks prior to the live training session. In the live group training workshop, participants will join an experienced sales leader and reps from other companies/industries bringing their viewpoints and best practices to discuss skill application and practice different selling scenarios. After the workshop, you’ll have two additional weeks of access to The Sales Bar. Any participant who successfully completes the program will receive our SWIIFT Selling Certificate.
What’s the time commitment?
Each of the 4 online courses takes about 1 hour to complete. The kick-off call is 30 minutes and the live workshop is 4.5 hours long. The online courses can be completed after hours and both the kick-off call and live workshop is recorded for anyone who cannot attend live.
Can I register multiple employees?

What’s the cost?
The cost of our SWIIFT Selling Accelerated Workshop is $799/per participant. Reps are encouraged to invite their sales leader to join for free.
When do the masterclasses begin/end?
We offer two SWIIFT Selling Accelerated Workshops annually. These classes include different sales training courses in each, so participants can join either or both classes. View the course list and class schedule below.
