What’s Included

Every month, your online training will take approximately 30 minutes. You’ll complete a homework assignment and skill showcase to bring into the live session with a Factor 8 Advisor.

During these interactive workshops, you’ll be quizzed on what you’ve already learned and work in small groups to apply the skills directly to your day-to-day leadership and your team.

Unlike a fully self-paced sales management certification, this cohort-based sales leadership training program combines structured coursework with live, instructor-led development over five months.
