Our Sales Management 201 Boot Camp blends self-paced e-learning with live training sessions to reinforce the management skills learned. You’ll gain access to some of our top sales manager training courses in our award-winning online training platform, The Sales Bar, and you’ll meet bi-weekly with a Factor 8 Sales Advisor and your sales peers to discuss skill application and to practice different management scenarios.

During the six-week boot camp, you’ll complete four courses in a self-paced interactive online environment plus live group training with an experienced sales advisor and managers from other companies/industries bringing their viewpoints and best practices.  Learn, interact, network, excel.

Weeks 3-4

HOW TO RUN HIGH-PERFORMING SALES HUDDLES

Weeks 5-6

Ready to bring some energy to your sales floor? In Sales Huddles, we’ll take a deep dive into high-performing huddles that drive focus and better motivate your reps. You’ll leave this course with ideas and actions you can bring to make your next huddle fun and impactful!

HOW TO MAXIMIZE YOUR PERFORMANCE 1:1

Weeks 5-6

Take a deep dive into monthly rep interactions to review performance and drive engagement. When done right, Performance 1:1 meetings drive tension, focus, and revenue. We’ll model, teach, observe and coach managers to lead high-performance interactions.

Who is this Boot Camp for?

Our Sales Management 201 Boot Camp is recommended for brand new sales managers or sales managers with less than 3 years of experience, as well as current reps who aspire to lead, like business development reps, sales development reps, inside sales reps, digital sellers, account managers, and account executives –  any sales reps who are training for a promotion in the next two years.

What’s the time commitment?

Each of the 4 courses takes about 1 hour to complete. There is a 1-hour kick-off call and 3 live training sessions which are 1.5 hours each.

The online training can be completed after hours and our live training sessions are recorded for anyone who cannot attend during the day. 

Can I register multiple employees?

Yes, but to ensure that we are able to provide the best training during our live sessions, we are limiting the number of participants.
