FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What is the All-Access Sales Training License?

The All-Access Sales Training License gives you Factor 8’s full sales training system, not just content. You get editable workshop decks, eLearning, call recordings, coaching tools, Train-the-Trainer support, and a proven rollout model. You can brand it, customize it, and run it in your LMS or ours. It’s built for enablement teams that want speed, ownership, and results without spending a year building training from scratch.

What are “soft copies” of sales training?

Soft copies are the editable workshop decks and facilitator materials our trainers use. You can update them with your branding, examples, call recordings, and messaging. Instead of being stuck with a canned workshop you can’t change, you get training content that evolves with your business.

Can we use All-Access in our own LMS?

Yes. If you already have an LMS, we’ll help you lift and shift the content into your system. If you don’t have one, you can use ours. Either way, you get the same content, learning paths, and support.

How is All-Access different from a typical sales training program?

Most sales training programs are event-based. You get a workshop, everyone’s excited for a week, and then it fades. All-Access is built to fix that. You get the content, the tools, the rollout plan, and the reinforcement system so training actually sticks. It’s designed for onboarding, everboarding, refreshers, manager development, and ongoing skill growth, not just a one-time event.

Why do most sales training programs fail?

Most sales training fails because it’s treated as a one-time event instead of an ongoing system. Reps learn new skills, but without practice, coaching, and reinforcement, those skills fade quickly. Without manager involvement and a clear plan to apply the training, even great content won’t drive lasting results.

What is everboarding in sales training?

Everboarding is ongoing training that continues after onboarding, but more importantly, it becomes part of how your team actually works. Instead of training reps once and hoping they remember it, everboarding pushes skills into onboarding, coaching, tools, processes, and career paths. It helps reps keep improving instead of slipping back into old habits after the first workshop.

How do you make sure the training actually sticks?

Training sticks when it’s applied, coached, and reinforced over time. All-Access uses a blended approach that combines eLearning, live workshops, manager coaching, real-world activities, and ongoing reinforcement. Reps practice the skills, managers learn how to coach them, and the training becomes part of how your team operates day to day.

What is Train-the-Trainer?

Train-the-Trainer is how we help your team take ownership of the training. It’s built into the rollout, not a one-time certification. First, we lead while your team observes. Then we co-facilitate. Then you lead while we coach and support you. The goal isn’t to turn your team into professional trainers. It’s to help them confidently deliver training that fits your business.

Who is All-Access best for?

All-Access is best for enablement teams and growing companies that want customizable sales training they can scale and own. It’s especially valuable for teams onboarding frequently, supporting managers, rolling out new processes, or trying to create consistency across regions and roles. It works best for inside and virtual sales teams, including BDRs, AEs, account managers, customer success teams, and new sales managers.
