We offer two leadership programs built to support managers in their leadership journey and as they grow into more strategic roles:

Emerging Manager Certification
(#GirlsClub – 101 Cohort)
Starts January 2027
A leadership development program for women in sales growing into management, focused on building confidence and core leadership skills.
Emerging Leader Certification
(Co-ed – 201 Cohort)
Starts July 2026
A next-level leadership program for current managers who want to lead more strategically, coach at a higher level, and grow into senior leadership roles.
Many participants continue from #GirlsClub into Emerging Leaders, and Mentors are welcome to support either or both programs.
