You can contribute as little as one hour a year, and you pick how:
- Confidence Speaker: lead a cohort session on the mindset side of leadership, think worth, courage, and breaking the glass ceiling
- Skills Instructor: teach a tactical session on the manager skills you’ve mastered
- Ask Me Anything Guest: take real questions on a topic you know firsthand, like allyship, career pivots, or leading as your whole self
- Rise Up on Record Speaker: record a candid video about your fears, failures, and f*ck-ups, and what they taught you
- Content Creator: write for the #GirlsClub blog, share your expertise, or lend your voice on social
- Sponsored Webinar Host/Guest: host or join a panel on one of our public webinars (200+ attendees)
One more thing to know: Thought Leaders aren’t one-and-done. Once you’re in, you’re in. You’ll receive invites to every new generation’s sessions, and when an opportunity matches what you volunteered for, we’ll come knocking, whether that’s next month or next year.
